How TesseriQ handles customer and product data.

This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how we protect it when you visit this website or use TesseriQ products such as Perimeter and Foresight.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information you provide, such as your name, work email, company name, role, billing details, demo requests, and support messages.

When you use our products, we may process product account data, security findings, AWS resource metadata, scan results, usage logs, audit events, and configuration data needed to deliver the service. TesseriQ does not require long-lived AWS access keys for normal Perimeter scanning.

How we use information

To operate, secure, support, and improve TesseriQ products.
To provide demos, onboarding, billing, customer support, and service communications.
To generate findings, reports, compliance evidence, and risk intelligence for your authorized cloud environments.
To detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service.

How we share information

We do not sell customer data. We may share information with service providers that help us host, monitor, secure, communicate, process payments, or support the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect TesseriQ, our customers, or the public.

Security and retention

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information. Retention periods depend on the plan, product feature, legal requirement, and customer configuration. Customers may request deletion of account data, subject to security, legal, billing, and backup constraints.

International processing

If you access TesseriQ from outside India, your information may be processed in countries where TesseriQ or its service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect information according to this policy wherever it is processed.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of your personal information where applicable. Some product data may be controlled by your organization, so we may direct requests to your account administrator.
