Terms for using TesseriQ products and services.

Acceptance

By using TesseriQ services, you agree to these terms. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for account security, user permissions, and the accuracy of information you provide. You may authorize TesseriQ to scan cloud environments that you own or are permitted to assess.

Authorized cloud scanning

Perimeter is designed for agentless, read-only AWS security assessment through customer-authorized access. You must not use TesseriQ to scan systems or accounts without permission.

Customer data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant TesseriQ the rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the services, including generating findings, reports, compliance evidence, and risk intelligence from authorized environments.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security controls.
• Do not use the services for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
• Do not upload malware, exploit code, or sensitive data unless it is necessary for an authorized security workflow.

Plans, billing, and changes

Plan limits, prices, overages, taxes, and billing terms are shown on the pricing page or in an order form. India plans are billed in INR and international plans are billed in USD unless otherwise agreed. TesseriQ may update pricing or features, but changes to paid subscriptions will apply according to the applicable order, renewal, or notice terms.

Disclaimers

TesseriQ helps identify and prioritize cloud security risks, but no security product can find every issue or guarantee that an environment is secure. The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TesseriQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if there is non-payment, security risk, legal risk, abuse, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to any active order or subscription commitments.
